Fabrication & Erection of Fixed Steel bridge structure for primary sludge thickener, including all super structure components, bridge deck. Railing, inlet drum and its support all Jointing and anchoring material, painting / coatings and other accessories, complete in all respect with ASTM (A-36) material.

Fabrication & Erection of Sludge scraper (SSI) for primary sedimentation tank including bridge structure with deck and railing scraper and their support structure, scum skimmer, inlet drum and its supports scum removal tray, all jointing and anchoring materials, painting / coating and others accessories, complete in all respect with S.S 316-L and A-36 material.

Fabrication & Erection of Sludge scraper (ST2) for secondary sludge thickener, shaft pipes, scrapers and their support structure, agitator pipes, foundation plate all jointing and anchoring material, painting / coating and other accessories, complete in all respect with stainless steel and hot dip galvanized material.

Fabrication & Erection of fixed steel bride structure for secondary sludge thickener, including all super structure components, bridge deck, railing, inlet drum & its supports all-jointing & anchoring materials, painting / coatings and other accessories, complete in all respect with mild steel material (ASTM A36).

Shop drawings for AG-2.

Supply, Fabrication, Machining and Erection including testing and commissioning of AG-2.

Sand Blasting & Painting of M.S Structure.

Installation testing and commissioning of cast iron flanged pressure pipes and fittings (BS 20351966) in including fixing of Gaskets, Nuts, bolts, puddle plates, M.S Section support, hangers, other jointing / anchoring material and accessories, all complete with enamel painting as per requirement of specification and approval of Engineer. The Installation of gate Valve (BS 163) and ball type check valve (BS 1863 & BS 2080) is also included in the complete pipe installation.

Installation, testing & commissioning of all type of pumps including pump motor, pump base, anchor bolts, painting / coating and other accessories, complete in all respect.
